Electos Reseller Program

The Electos Reseller Program allows Developers, Resellers and Professional Partners easy access to Electos based products for resale to customers. To qualify for the Electos Reseller Program the Developer, Reseller or Professional Partner must have already purchased their own Electos license.

It's our policy to provide consistent "Recommended Retail Pricing" regardless of the daily USD$ Exchange Rate, however, in order not to disadvantage our registered partners, our products are now reviewed on an ongoing basis and re-priced in secure e-Commerce websites not accessible to the general public. To obtain access to the Data Access Worldwide Registered Developers and Resellers Online Ordering Secure e-Commerce website, you will need to apply and complete the application form found here.

Upon verification of your developer, reseller, or partner status, you will be sent your User Name, Password and the URL for our online ordering website.

Please note:

To qualify for "Developer Margins" you must hold and maintain a current development type license for either the Visual DataFlex Studio or DataFlex 3.2, or the appropriate Third Party product.

Qualification restrictions also apply to "Reseller Margins," please refer to each of our product websites for further details on registering as a reseller or dealer.

Note: Electos Resellers are expected to be the first point of support for their customers.

Telephone Support

When you purchase a Visual DataFlex or Electos product you are entitled to Free Installation Support for the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Program anomalies will be addressed at no charge and updaters posted on our web site. Evaluation and other support issues will be subject to a A$33.00 per incident fee. Make sure you have the Serial Number of your purchased product and call 03 9761 3644 or +61 3 9761 3644 during our normal office business hours between 9am to 5pm week days Australian EST (with the exception of Public Holidays).
