When you purchase a Visual DataFlex or Electos product you are entitled to Free Installation Support for the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Program anomalies will be addressed at no charge and updaters posted on our web site. Evaluation and other support issues will be subject to a A$33.00 per incident fee.
